Prices:
All prices are daily prices and valid only on the day of order. Therefore, price changes may occur.
All prices include 25% VAT. Petshopdanmark.dk reserves the right to change any discounts and discount schemes.
Typographical errors are reserved. We reserve the right not to complete orders in case of obvious pricing errors or similar.
Ordering:
(Flea treatments are not sold to persons under 15 years of age.)
Payment:
When you pay with MobilePay, MobilePay reserves the funds, not petshopdanmark.dk.
Petshopdanmark.dk only charges your payment when the item has been shipped; this applies to all payment methods.
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS (Nets) in encrypted form (SSL), readable only by you and PBS (Nets). No one else sees or stores your information. For purchases with Dankort or credit card, the amount is withdrawn from your account as soon as the goods leave petshopdanmark.dk.
You can pay on Petshopdanmark.dk with the following card types: Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron. We do not charge card fees.
ViaBill allows you to shop online and split your payment into small installments. Each month you pay a minimum amount, but you can choose to pay more or the full remaining balance at any time. Your monthly minimum depends on which items you purchase and can be seen in the webshop when you choose ViaBill. Previous purchases are automatically included in your monthly payment. With ViaBill, you receive your goods first and then pay your monthly installment on the same date each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill ends.

When paying with Anyday, we charge the first payment when the item ships. Then you pay a monthly installment on the last working day for the next three months. The installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If all installments are paid on time, there are zero interest and fees. Reservation of Amount
When paying with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

We charge the amount when we send the item, or

the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

Risk of accidental loss or damage:
Risk of loss or damage of the ordered goods passes to the Buyer only when the goods have come into the possession of the Buyer.
Complaints:
petshopdanmark.dk offers a 2-year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act on manufacturing and material defects when you shop as a consumer. The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, abuse, or unauthorized interventions.
The invoice must be presented to petshopdanmark.dk when making a complaint.
Any complaints about defects on delivered products must be made to petshopdanmark.dk within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.
If the complaint is justified, we refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a shipping receipt to claim back your shipping costs.

You are asked to specify and upon request show the defect. (Photos should be sent by email)
Repair:
If an item must be repaired due to defects, a return label will be sent to the customer for product return.
Shipping to and from is generally paid by the seller!
If no defect is found on the product, the customer pays for shipping both ways.
Shipping cost is generally DKK 39 each way.

To file a complaint, the item or service must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for complaint processing.

petshopdanmark.dk provides convenient links to other websites. These websites are outside petshopdanmark.dk’s control. Information about ordered products from such sites is not part of the description of ordered goods in the agreement between Buyer and petshopdanmark.dk.
petshopdanmark.dk does not provide an independent warranty for ordered goods; the Buyer only obtains the warranties issued by the manufacturer. Additionally, please note that ALL dog toys can be chewed apart and therefore carry no warranty!
When buying aquariums:
We recommend the customer be at home upon delivery, as we strongly advise checking the item upon delivery BEFORE signing the delivery note!
You as customer should open the packaging and check that glass or similar is not damaged before signing the delivery note. If damage is discovered later and the customer has signed the delivery note, we cannot make claims with the carrier. Therefore, it is a great help if you check the item and notify us of any damage as soon as possible.
Right of Withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify Petshopdanmark.dk that you wish to cancel the purchase and then 14 days to return the item. If you ordered several items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation. You can email shop@petshopdanmark.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms.
You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.
Partial cancellation:
If you bought several items in one order, you may return one or more items even if purchased together.
Note that you do not get shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
"If you do not pick up the item in the parcel shop or forget to collect it, it will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to ask if you want the item resent. If not, it will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged the actual costs we incur for the carrier to return the item."
If you want the item resent, you will be charged new shipping fees in addition to return costs.
Returns:
Once you have notified us of cancellation, you have 14 days to send the item back.
You pay for return shipping, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
Some items cannot be returned via regular mail, e.g., aquariums delivered on pallets.
Return costs for these items may be up to DKK 1500.
Condition of the item when returned:
If the item has lost value because you used it in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you will only get part of the purchase price back. The amount depends on the commercial value of the item and may sometimes mean only shipping costs are refunded.
We recommend returning items in the original packaging.
Missing original packaging may reduce the item’s value.
Refund of purchase price:
If you cancel your purchase, you get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except extra delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery than the cheapest standard offered), within 14 days from receiving your cancellation notice.
Refunds are made by the same payment method you used unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold payment until we receive the item unless you provide proof of return.
No right of withdrawal:
The following cannot be withdrawn:

Delivery of goods that may quickly deteriorate or expire,

Delivery of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
NOTE! Flea treatments cannot be exchanged or returned, even if unopened. This is due to the law on the sale of medicines.
We do not refund veterinary medicines. According to regulations on sale of certain iron and vitamin preparations and certain antiparasitic medicines for animals outside pharmacies, §12, medicines returned from another customer cannot be sold. Returned veterinary medicines are considered 100% depreciated from the moment you receive them.

Items returned unpaid or cash on delivery will be refused. Please use a Danish carrier for returns, not alternative parcel distributors, to enable tracking in case of loss. Return items properly packaged with a copy of the invoice, and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund. We recommend returning items via Post Denmark’s insured package.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance sales to private individuals—not to goods sold to companies.
(Items returned directly to the store are free of charge and refunds are made via the original payment method.)
Right to change terms:
petshopdanmark.dk reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore important to regularly check for updates.
